For European Union users, by using Instaius, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union in compliance with GDPR.
During registration, we may collect your account name, email address, or Apple ID. Accounts created with email addresses are used only for logging in, password or passcode resets, purchasing the license, responding to your initiated emails, and sending notifications you request. We do not send promotional emails.
We automatically collect log data such as error logs, crash reports, and usage frequency to improve the services. These logs are used only for analytics and service optimization.
Instaius AI Chat allows users to upload files solely for AI analysis within the current interaction. Files are not stored long-term, backed up in the cloud, or synchronized. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after analysis or within a limited retention period required for processing, unless otherwise required by law.
Chat records may be stored to allow users to review past conversations and continue interactions. Records are retained until you delete them manually and are used only to provide chat functionality and improve the user experience. Records are not used for AI model training without explicit consent.
Instaius provides access to multiple artificial intelligence models to generate responses to user prompts.
When you submit messages, prompts, images, or files within the app, this content may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers in order to generate responses.

Instaius requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for certain functionalities. You may incur data charges from your network provider. Instaius is not responsible for reduced functionality due to connectivity issues.
Instaius may request access to your device's camera so you can capture images and send them to AI models for analysis or visual conversations.
Instaius may request access to your photo library so you can upload images to AI models for analysis, document understanding, or visual question answering.

Instaius does not use third-party advertising networks and does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

After account deletion, all personal information, chat records, uploaded files, and related metadata will be permanently erased unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We use commercially acceptable measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Instaius services are not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians can contact us to ensure such information is removed.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, payment information is processed directly by Apple. Instaius does not collect or store your credit card or payment details.
