The content generated by Instaius is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for general informational purposes only. Instaius does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content and shall not be responsible for decisions made based on such content. AI responses should not be considered professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, or technical advice.
Instaius does not use user-uploaded content or private conversations to train AI models without user consent. All data is processed solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this may compromise security and prevent Instaius from functioning properly.
Some functions of the app require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). Instaius is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of connectivity or depleted data allowance. You may incur charges for data usage, including roaming, under your mobile provider’s terms.
